Rules for Affiliating:
- Our banner must be up before you post.
- Our banner must be up in a nonscrolling table.
- If you take our banner down, we will do likewise with yours.
- Your banner must be 88 X 31 pixels in size.
- Provide the code for your banner
- We do not put banners up that are extremely flashy. for example, if you have a lime green and hot pink flashing sparkling button, you can forget it. And exception is a slowly animated button.
